    78. Big/tired/beautiful, etc. (Adjectives ) A. adjective + noun (nice day / brown eyes, etc ):

    adjective + nounIts a nice day today.

    Ann has brown eyes.

    Theres a very old church in this town.

    Do you like Chinese food ?

    I dont speak any foreign languages.

    There are some beautiful yellow flowers in the garden.

    The adjective is before the noun :- They live in a modern house. ( not a house modern )

    The endings of adjective do not change:- a different place different places ( not differents )

    B. be (am / is/ are / was / were, etc ) + adjective:- The weather is nice today.

    - Those flowers are very beautiful.

    - A : Can you close the window, please?

    - B : Why? Are you cold?

    - The movie wasnt very good. It was boring.

    - Please be quiet. Im reading.

    C. look / feel / smell / taste / sound + adjective:

    - You look tired. Yes, I feel tired too.- Pat told me about her new job. Sounds interesting.- Dont cook that meat. It doesnt smell good.

    Compare: He is tired. / He feels tired. / He looks tired.
