7FA Combustion LinerCPI is the largest and most reliable after-market source of GE style combustion liners, with over 1,500 assemblies installed today. CPI's 7F 24K TPs, liners, and caps are 100% equivalent to the OEM’s in fit, function, quality, and warranty period, and are available at much lower prices and shorter lead times.

• First delivered in December 2010, now with 224 7F linerand cap assemblies in operation around the world.

• CPI’s combustion liners are equivalent to the OEM’sstandard DLN 2.6 configuration for both 7FA.03 and7FA.04 combustion systems.

• All 7F combustion liners are constructed from equivalentmaterial to the OEM Parts: advanced Nimonic alloy for hightemperature strength and longevity and X-750 spring sealsand HS-188 stops and flanges.

• Class “C” or “Superior B” Thermal Barrier coating (TBC),depending on base load vs peaking operation, 7FA.03vs 7FA.04 systems, or fuel specifications, covers the interiorof the liner body to provide appropriate thermal protectionto meet the desired Combustion Inspection (CI) interval.

• Various wear coatings are applied to inlet end, spring(hula) clips, and crossfire collars to enhance durability tomeet the desired CI interval.

• 100% over-inspection is performed on all 7F caps by anindependent firm.
