    Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to join us for the 7th Annual ICJR Winter Hip & Knee Course, January 15-18, 2015, in in Vail, Colorado.

This is the premier winter meeting for orthopaedic surgeons, offering you the opportunity to earn up to 23.5 CME credit hours. We have once again recruited a stellar faculty of experts and innovators in total joint arthroplasty, and they are ready to share their insights on the critical issues in managing primary and revision total knee and total hip arthroplasty patients.

Just Added: Enhanced Recovery Arthroplasty Session New for this year’s meeting, we have brought together some of the top thought leaders in perioperative pain management, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and outpatient arthroplasty to share with you their experiences in providing enhanced recovery to their total joint arthroplasty patients. Learn from these experts how to adapt enhanced patient recovery protocols into your practice.

Live Surgeries and MoreWe will feature three live surgeries and an engaging mix of didactic lectures, case-based learning, spirited debates, video vignettes, and audience interaction at this year’s Winter Hip & Knee Course.

    Topics will include:

    • Learning from mistakes commonly made in total hip and total knee procedures

    • Debating the controversies in total knee and total hip arthroplasty

    • Diagnosing and managing the complications that can occur with total joint arthroplasty

    • Understanding the legal, economic, and practice management side of orthopaedics

    • Preparing for the anticipated increase in revision total joint procedures

Each of these topic areas is timely and central to the orthopaedic surgeon’s effort to maintain surgical excellence while navigating the evolutionary changes taking place throughout the healthcare system.

We look forward to seeing you in Vail for this exciting educational experience.
