Dear Principal, Welcome back and we hope you had a greatbreak over the summer. Over the past year we have held numerousmeetings with student councils to get their inputon this years menu. We have been busyworking on the menu over the summer to takeaccount of feedback and recommendations ofstudents. In addition we have made changes to reduceour use of plastic across the company.

We have added a number of new products,including;

THE MENU Across the 2018/19 school year thecompany used more than 750,000 drinks inplastic bottles. This representsapproximately 90% of our entire usage ofplastic across the company. In order toreduce our usage of single use plastics wewill no longer be selling any drinks inplastic bottles. From September we will be introducing arange of biodegradable cutlery and we willbe launching a range of materials designedto encourage students to bring their owncutlery.
