Matières Premières.

Akrytan® est un matériau formé par un noyau de résine coloré et fini avec un traitement superficielle. La partie interne est composée d’une résine de polyuréthane avec des charges minérales, additifs et colorants; en plus, la finition de surface est composée aussi de polyuréthane. La compacité et qualité des matériaux utilisés permet de fabriquer des produits résistants à l’humidité, idéales pour les salles de bain. D’ailleurs, la finition superficielle est le parfait complément puisque on peut choisir parmi de nombreuses solutions esthétiques.

AKRYTAN® VS RÉSINES CONVENTIONNELLES

Akrytan® présente quatre différences essentielles par rapport aux résines conventionnelles:

POIDS Les produits pèsent jusqu’à 30% moins. Ça implique un avantage important principalement au moment de l’installation et du transport.

IMPERMÉABILITÉ Grâce à la nature imperméable de ses components, les produits Akrytan® ne pré-sentent pas des problèmes d’hydrolyse ou d’osmose d’autres résines; c’est pour cela qu’il n’est pas nécessaire d’ajouter aucune mesure de protection supplémentaire contre l’humidité comme le gelcoat ou d’autres. Ça garantit une meilleure réponse du produit par rapport aux infiltrations d’eau.

FRAGILITÉ Akrytan® est moins fragile que les résines conventionnelles, donc les chocs dus au trans-port peuvent être facilement absorbés par son structure sans l’altérer. C’est pour cela que les négligen-ces pendant son installation ont plus faciles à réparer.

TOUCHER La douceur de la surface des produits Akrytan® contraste avec les surfaces plus rugueuses d’autres résines.

Akrytan®-Solid est une masse compacte et homogène non poreuse à la base de polyuréthane et complémenté avec des pigments et des charges d’haute performance. Le matériau pleine-masse ou Solid Surface possède une homogénéité qui permet que l’usure naturelle ou des dommages soient faciles à restaurer en polissant légèrement la surface.

Les panneaux de revêtement AK-Panel sont composés d’un matériau interne d’haute densité et un traitement acrylique extérieur imperméabilisant. Le noyau interne est formé par des résines phénoliques et des fibres naturelles compactés en noir avec une densité de plus de 1000 kg / m3. Il se complète avec une finition acrylique extérieure imperméabilisant permettant ainsi un revêtement idéal pour des zones d’haute exposition à l’humidité. Les revêtements AK-Panel sont aussi une bonne solution esthétique, puisque les finitions sont texturisées et colorées conforme aux receveurs de douche et aux plans de toilette fabriqués en Akrytan®.

Akrytan®

Akrytan® is a material composed by a coloured resin core and a superficial treatment. The inner part is made of polyurethane resin, so as the surface finish, with mineral loads, aditives and colourants. Furthermore, compactness and quality of materials allow to manufacture humidity-resistant products which are perfect for the bathroom, due to the fact that there is a endless range of aesthetic solutions.

AKRYTAN® VS CONVENTIONAL RESINS

Akrytan® presents four essential differences with regard to conventional resins:

WEIGHT Products weigh 30 % less, this is a relevant advantage regarding installation and transport.

IMPERMEABILITY As a result of the waterproof quality of its components, Akrytan® products don’t have the problems that other resins have such as hydrolysis and osmosis. Given that they don’t need extra protection against moisture like gelcoats or others, this ensures a better response to water filtration.

FRAGILITY Akrytan® is not as fragile as other conventional resins, it means that shocks caused by transportation are easily absorbed by its structure without being affected. Furthermore, damages during installation are easier to restore.

TOUCH Akrytan® products present a soft surface in contrast with other rougher resins surfaces.

Akrytan®-Solid is a compact, homogeneous and non-porous mass on a polyurethane base with pigments and high standard loads. It is known as mass-coloured or Solid Surface, which homogeneity allows for being easy to restore as a result of the everyday use or any incident.

Ak-Panel

AK-Panels are formed by an inner high density material and an external waterproofing acrylic treat-ment. The inner core is composed by phenolic resins and black, natural fibres which are compacted rea-ching a density level over 1000 kg / m3. This core is complemented with an external waterproofing acrylic finish, so it is an ideal wall cladding for high exposure to moisture areas. AK-Panel is a good aesthetic solution because of its textured and coloured finish in accordance with shower trays and worktops made of Akrytan®.

On n’acceptera pas aucune commande, soit qui n’est pas soumise à ces conditions de vente:

COMMANDES.Toutes les commandes doivent être expédiées à notre département commercial par écrit, soit par

e-mail, soit par fax. Une fois nous avons reçu la commande, notre système informatique enverra automa-tiquement la confirmation de celle-ci par e-mail pour que le client puisse vérifier que la commande a été géré correctement.

Des couleurs spéciales. Les produits avec des couleurs spéciales RAL ou NCS peuvent différer dans leur tonalité en dépendant du matériau avec lequel soit comparé. Nous ne prendrons pas la responsabilité des retournements de ce type.Receveurs extra-plats Collection sur mesure. Si le client ne spécifie pas, on comprendra par dé-faut: L’évacuation: Grille carrée latérale. Rebord sur mesure: 1 cm de haut. Receveurs mécanisés Collection sur mesure: Les receveurs mécanisés fabriqués selon un arché-type physique fourni par le client pourront varier les dimensions vers le 1%.Plans vasques: Si le client ne spécifie pas, on comprendra par défaut: Trou pour le robinet: Avec les dimensions indiquées dans le fiche technique. Porte-serviette: On ne le fabriquera pas si le client ne le spécifie pas. Vasque. Une vasque standard centrée sur la largeur.

DIMENSIONS.À cause des matériaux utilisés, les dimensions des produits peuvent avoir une variation d’un 0,7%

approximativement par rapport aux dimensions demandées.

DÉLAIS DE LIVRAISON.Une fois la commande a été reçu, nôtre système informatique enverra automatiquement le délai

approximative de sortie du matériel par e-mail. Les dates, selon il est indiqué, sont approximatives, et en aucun cas, on ne s’accordera pas des indemnisations au titre de dommages-intérêts à cause du manque-ment de celles-ci.

MODIFICATIONS OU ANNULATIONS. On n’admettra pas des annulations ou des modifications des commandes sur mesure une fois le procès

de fabrication commence. À fin de connaître l’état d’une commande, le client pourra se mettre en contact avec notre département commercial.

RETOURS.On n’acceptera que les retours qui aient été acceptés par notre département technique ou commercial,

y compris les frais de port, et au cas où le matériel se trouve dans son emballage d’origine.

RUPTURES. IEn cas de rupture due au transport, le client a un délai de 24 heures à compter de la réception pour

faire une réclamation en écrivant à incidencias@resigres.com.

INSTALLATION.L’installation des produits doit suivre les indications fournies par Resigres. Le non-respect des instruc-

tions fournies peut entraîner l’annulation du droit à la garantie des produits.

INCIDENCES. On ne s’occupera que des incidences qui soient reçues par notre Service après-vente au moyen d’un

formulaire dûment rempli et toujours accompagné de l’image du produit en cause. De même, le client pourra demander ce formulaire au service comercial (incidencias@resigres.com). Pour tenir dûment en compte les incidences par rapport au produit, le client devra être à jour dans ses paiements.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT. Les conditions de paiement seront convenues avec nos agents commerciaux toujours dans les marges

établies par la loi 15/2010. Le non-paiement donnera le droit à Resigres de suspendre l’envoi des com-mandes en cours, ainsi que de rejeter les incidences du matériel produites autant pendant la période de garantie qu’en dehors de celle-ci.

DONNÉES TECHNIQUES ET APPARENCE. Toutes les données techniques, couleurs et formes qui apparaissent dans le catalogue sont approxima-

tives. Resigres se réserve le droit de faire des modifications sur le produit à fin de l’améliorer pourvu que ses caractéristiques essentielles ne soient pas altérées.

No order will be accepted if it is not subject to these sales conditions:

ORDERS. All orders must be sent to our sales department by email or fax. Upon receipt of an order, our system

will send automatically an order confirmation by email, so the client can verify that the manufacture process has started.

Special colours. Products in special RAL or NCS may vary its tonality depending on the material used. No returns of this kind will be accepted.Extra-slim shower trays Custom-made Collection. Without specifying, it will be understood by default: Shower drain: Lateral squared grate. Custom rim height: 1 cm high.Machining shower trays Custom-made Collection. Machining shower trays which are manufactured according to full-size drawings may vary its dimensions approximately 1%.Worktops. Without specifying, it will be understood by default: Tap hole: Standard dimension on the technical information. Towel rail: Only if ordered. Washbasin: Standard dimension and central position.

DIMENSIONS. Due to the materials used, products dimensions may vary approximately 0.7% regarding requested

dimensions.

DELAYS. Dates are approximate, as specified in the order confirmation, and no liability will be assumed due to

non-compliance of delivery dates.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS. No order changes or cancellations will be accepted given that the manufacturing process has started.

In order to find out the order status, the client can get in contact with our sales department.

RETURNS. Material returns will be admitted only in case of having been accepted by our technical or sales

department, so as if returned merchandise is postage paid and in its original packaging.

BREAKAGE. In case of breakage due to transportation, the client will have to register a complaint within 24 hours

after the merchandise reception sending an email to incidencias@resigres.com.

INSTALLATION. The installation of products will have to be made according to the instructions provided by Resigres.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in the loss of guarantee.

INCIDENCE. Only incidences which have been notified to our post-sales department will be attended; in addition, it is

also needed that payment obligations have been fulfilled (incidencias@resigres.com). It will be compulsory to fill in a form, which can be requested to our sales department, and attach detailed photos.

PAYMENT TERMS. Payment terms will have to be agreed with our commercial agent within the limits set by the law 15/2010.

In the event of a payment default, Resigres will be entitled to cancel outstanding orders, so as to set aside any incidence related to the material (whether within the warranty period or not).

TECHNICAL DATA AND APPEARANCE. All technical data, colours and shapes appearing in the catalogue are just illustrative. Resigres

reserves the right to modify anything it deems appropriate to improve the product as long as it doesn’t affect the essential characteristics.
