1. This Sspplemental Order is entered by the Board sua sponte 3c theform authorised by the Board at its hearing held at 9>00 a.m. on October 20,1992, Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, Grundy, Virginia, and pu>si antto authority granted to the Board's Chairman at the hearing of the Vir ) niaGas and Oil B >ard on June 16, 1992 at 9>00 a.m. at the Rhodode> ronRestaurant at the Breaks Interstate Park, Breaks, Virginia; and ! !>isSupplemental 0:'der is being recorded for the purpose of (1) complyin( iriththe requirement> of 8 7.c of the Virginia Gas and Oil Board Regulations, VR480-05-22.2 by supplementing the Order previously issued by the Boa»! forthe subject Doc)et on November 30, 1992 and recorded at Deed Book 401, l age793 and on Peb...uary 12, 1993 and recorded at Deed Book 405, Page 88:r theOffice of the CLerk of the Circuit Court, Buchanan County, Virginia onOctober 8, 199!.
