This Inventory provides a fair, accurate and detailed report of the internal condition of the above named property. It takesinto account the state of decoration and all furniture, fittings and features. No opinion will be given; the informationprovided is completely factual.
This inventory does not in any way constitute a surveyors report and nor does it seek to ascribe any value to any of the itemslisted. The description of each item is solely for identification purposes, as such it must be noted that the author of thereport is not an expert on fabrics, woods, material, antiques, plants etc.
Electrical appliances will be tested for power only when practical.
Safety Disclaimer
The listing of an item does not in any way certify its functionality or compliance with health and safety regulations, if labelsshowing compliance with any such regulation are evident, they will be noted.
Onsite Property Management will not undertake to move heavy objects or search the inaccessible areas.
Discrepancies
Any disagreement should be notified to Onsite Property Management for review within 10 days of receiving the report, afterone month from delivery, it will be accepted that all parties are in agreement as to the content and accuracy of the report.Check Out reports require immediate notification.
Check Out & Check In Guidance - This Check Out or Check In report serves to highlight any differences between the originalInventory and the condition of the property as found at the time of the Check Out or Check In.
Items which are not referred to in the Check Out or Check In report were found to be in the same condition when comparedto the original inventory at Check Out or Check In.
All personal possessions must be removed prior to the Check Out or Check InThe property should be left in professionally clean & tidy condition, as per the start of the tenancy.All furniture and contents must be left in the same places as listed in the Inventory.All items stored during the tenancy should be unpacked and returned to their original places.All keys must be returned at the end of the Check Out
Failing this, a charge may be made for any additional unpacking, repositioning or reconnecting items and equipment. Itemsthat remain in storage may be marked as not found and charged for. A charge will also be made for missing keys and mayalso necessitate the replacement of locks.
THIS REPORT IS STORED ON COMPUTER AND CAN BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO FUTURE CHECK INS TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATEINVENTORY AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH NEW TENANCY. THIS REPORT REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF ONSITE PROPERTYMANAGEMENT LTD AND CANNOT BE USED OR DUPLICATED WITHOUT THEIR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
