WHAT?
• Predicting is a process of forecasting eventsbased on observations and previousexperiences or certain pattern of reliabledata.
• Prediction are reasoned statements basednot only on what we observe but also on themental models we have constructed toexplain what we observe.
• Predictions are not just wild guessesbecause guessing is often based on little or no evidence.
• Written in future tense
