Facility Rental Prices$1,095 Friday$1,495 Saturday$1,095 SundayThese prices includes set up of all indoor chairs and tables along with tear down and facility cleaning.

50% of rental fee is required to hold your date. This is non-refundable.

The rental fee includes 10 acres, indoor outdoor ceremony, covered shelter, gazebo, playground, inside table and chairs. The facility has 14 round tables which seat 8 and 25 8-foot banquets which seat 8. Our seating capacity is 250.

White Outdoor Chairs $2.50 per chairPrices includes set up and tear down.

There is a menu at-tached of prices and selections. You are not limited to the selections listed on the menu.

The facility has an open policy for DJ, bakery, photographer, florist and event coordinator. Our staff takes care of the set up for tables and chairs indoors, sweeping and mopping.

All meals served with plates and utensils. (Optional: upgrade to real china and silverware.)

Real china and silverware are available for $3.00 per person. Salad plate additional $1.00/ person. The Kingmen’s staff will clear all tables of china and sliverware after meal.
