• Students should be aware of the teacher’s expectations
• Limit the number of rules that you have• Try not to have too many rules• Be Respectful of yourself, your classmates and
your school
• Guidelines should be distributed in writing for both students and parents during the first week of school
• Speaking with students calmly and patiently will help in maintaining consistency and fairness to all students
