Dapeng promotes ocean culture A series of activities promoting marine culture were held in Dapeng New Area recently. The Ocean Art Research Center of Shenzhen University organized the activities at a military camp and schools in Dapeng, as part of the Ocean Culture Week initiated by the tourism bureau of Dapeng. The center, set up in 2014, is one of the most authoritative think tanks for ocean studies in the country. A model of a destroyer on display.
