The San Luis Obispo Brewers (SLOB) are a group of craft

fermentation enthusiasts who meet at Doc’s Cellar the 2nd Sunday of every month at 2pm. All folks interested in craft

fermentation are invited to join.

SLOB meetings are a great time to share your homebrew, home

cider, mead, or whatever crazy concoction you make in your

garage and get feedback from some of the best brewers in the local area. Don’t worry if you don’t have anything to share, come

join us for the camaraderie and shenanigans.
