mother, conveyed and warranted to A.P. DeBruce, also known as Archie P. DeBruce and

4. Aileen E. DeBruce is the surviving joint tenant, and as such, the whole estate

vests in her.

5. I execute this Affidavit of Death for the purposing of confirming that A. P.

DeBruce, also known as Archie P. DeBruce, died on January 13, 2018.
