A Buyer who runs agro-waste Import and Export

Company in China decided to expand their business

by importing animal feed supplies from overseas.

They had chosen the Supplier from Brazil. And then,

the buyer discussed with the supplier and both

mutually agreed to use – 90 Days LC at Sight as a

payment term.

The buyer contacted their bank to avail LC at Sight.

Since they don’t have cash funds and already

exhausted their bank facilities, they were unable to get

the LC from their bank.
