READY TO DELIVERSherburn2 is fully approved, funded and ready to deliver. Planning consent has been granted by Selby District Council for the entire 75 acre site, which has led to the development becoming eligible for funding from the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
The LEP’s Growing Places Fund has provided a £2.95 million capital infrastructure loan to enable infrastructure works to start on site, which has kick-started the development.
As Sherburn2 is wholly owned by Glentrool Capital, Glentrool’s project team have the freedom and the flexibility to move swiftly to meet the needs of potential occupiers individual requirements on site. With units ranging from 35,000 sq ft to 575,000 sq ft, there will be buildings to suit a wide variety of small to medium sized enterprises as well as larger manufacturing and distribution companies.
A funding package for the finance of the construction has been secured which will facilitate the rapid delivery of bespoke buildings on a design and build basis.
