DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, KASHMIR SUB: Drawal of Pending Salaries of Masters/ Head Teachers of District Srinagar

and shifting of posts thereof.

Order No: '9St;9 DSEK of 2020 Date~6' /~ I 2020

Sanction is hereby accorded to the drawal of pending salaries of the Masters/ Head Teachers of District Srinagar as shown in the Annexure-1 and shifting of vacant posts of Masters from other Districts to District Srinagar for the period/s shown against each. Further, CEO Srinagar is hereby requested to ensure that the pending salaries of the Masters/ Head Teachers mentioned in the Annexure-1 is released without further delay.

However, this order shall be implemented after fulfillment of all codal formalities, including:

1. The CEO/DDOs shall ensure that there is no double drawal of pay either in respect of a post or of a concerned Master/ Head Teacher.

2. It shall be ensured that salary is drawn only in respect of the Masters/ Head Teachers as mentioned in the Annexure-1.

3. The drawal of salary shall be subject to availability of funds, for which the concerned CEO/ODO shall be personally responsible.

4. This order shall be applicable strictly for drawal of salary for the months as shown against each Master(s)/ Head Teacher(s) in the Annexure-1

5. It shall also be ensured that the post was vacant for the month/s for which it is being utilized for drawal of salary of the aforementioned Master(s)/ Head Teacher(s).

6. All the concerned districts shall maintain proper record of drawal of salary against the vacant posts identified and ensure that no further drawal of salary is made against the said vacant posts or the Master(s)/ Head Teacher(s) in the Annexure-1 for the months for which they are being utilized to draw salaries.

7. CEO Srinagar shall ensure that the posts were vacant for the period shown against each by obtaining a certificate to this effect from concerned CEO/s.

8. CEO Srinagar shall also ensure that necessary entry is made in the service books of the Master(s)/ Head Teacher(s) whose salary is drawn in compliance to this order.

9. A compliance report shall be submitted to this office after the salary is drawn and disbursed in favour of the Master(s)/ Head Teacher(s) mentioned in the Annexure- 1.
