We are a Design and Letterpress company based in W inter Park , Florida. Our paper goods are printed, assembled by hand and shipped r ight out of our studio and to your front door. Letterpress print ing is a t imeless process and because our quali ty paper is hand-fed to the

press , one by one , there wi l l be a s l ight variance from one card to the next . We hope you fal l in love with this tradit ional style of print ing l ike we did .

Addit ional ly, we work with select local vendors to produce a curated l ine of goods beyond our letterpress stationery.

HELLO! In the biggest surprise of my life, I met the man of my dreams last April through my roommate (his cousin). At the time, Andrew was living in Portland and we sent letters back and forth for months before finally meeting in July, 2013 at the Orlando airport. That September we got engaged and were married on January third,

2014. Thank you for all the well wishes via our many media platforms. We truly appreciate all of your support as Andrew joins us

LETTERPRESSIn the 1400s, Mr. Gutenberg invented a machine that used moveable type in order to print publications. Centuries later, his invention has gone through a myriad of changes but the core of letterpress printing has remained the same — it uses the relief method in which a reversed, raised surface is inked and then pressed into a sheet of paper to obtain a positive right reading image. Our Chandler and Price letterpress is manually fed, one by one, and thus the production of our paper is a true art form. It’s because of this process that no two products will be identical, resulting in a slight variance from one sheet to another in terms of color saturation, impression, and art placement. The difference from one product to another reflects the handmade quality of letterpress printing.

SHIPPING + TURNAROUND TIMEPlease allow two to four weeks for your order to be processed + filled. To inquire on the shipment of your order, please contact us for a delivery date. For domestic orders we use USPS Priority or UPS. Express shipping is available upon request + an additional cost. All shipping charges are included in the final invoice.

ORDERINGOrders can be submitted through our website, email, phone or fax. We accept payment in the form of check (payable to 9th Letter Press) Visa and Mastercard. Checks must be cleared before shipment. Returned checks are assessed a $25 fee. Late payment will accrue a finance charge of 15% per month, plus collection, court +/or attorney fees. Pricing + availability are subject to change without notice.

OUT OF STOCK + BACK-ORDERSOn occasion + particularly during holiday seasons, we may run out of stock. Should your order contain an item that is back-ordered + needs to be printed, you will be notified. You may switch backordered items out for others that are currently in stock. If you prefer to wait for the backordered items, we will ship the in stock portion of your order and ship the backordered items separately when they are back in stock.

PACKAGING All of our products must be sold + displayed in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be opened + sold separately.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONSIf you need to cancel your order, we ask that you please email us at Wholesale@9thletterpress.com or call within 24 hours from the time the order. Any changes or cancellations after 24 hours that have not been reported will result in a restocking fee for 15% of the total amount of the original order. Returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged + 9TH LETTER PRESS is notified within five days upon receipt of the order. All items from your order must be returned unused, unopened + in their original packaging. If your order shipped with the incorrect items, please notify 9TH LETTER PRESS within five days of its arrival. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within five days of notifying 9TH LETTER PRESS.
