A 100% New York State Blended American Whiskey produced from local Canajoharie grains. This feminine style whiskey is a three-grain mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye and barley. Our whiskey is blended from new oak barrels of at least two years as well as whiskey from our own used bourbon barrels. Approximately 50% of this blend is then aged from french oak for a minimum of six months, imparting an enticing creamy mouthfeel with strong palate notes of vanilla and creme brulee.
