Grande Prairie’s Best Kept Secret!

Evergreen Park, located on the southern edge of the City of Grande Prairie, is the largest full-featured

exhibition facility north of Edmonton. A variety of halls, convention/conference facilities, paved parking,

pavilions, riding trails, fully licenced restaurant and lounge (open seven days a week year-round) and

other special features create a unique, picturesque and versatile setting for any event.

OUR FACILITIES

Pines Restaurant & Casino: The Pines Restaurant & Casino is a fully licenced sports lounge offering chef-inspired meals, off-track horse race betting and 99 slot machines and VLTs in the casino.

ENTREC Centre: The ENTREC Centre is a 115,000 square foot exhibition facility for hosting small or large

events including meetings, weddings, conventions; graduations, trade shows, concerts and more.

Gordon Badger Stadium: This venue hosts live horse racing, rodeos, chuckwagon racing, monster trucks,

tractor pulls, concerts and more!

Clarkson Hall: The newly-renovated Clarkson Hall is the go-to venue for weddings and other events for

up to 300 people.

Drysdale Centre: The Drysdale Centre is a 28,000-square-foot heated facility with a sand floor, newly

renovated washrooms and viewing deck- perfect as a riding arena or for livestock shows/sales.

Oldtimer’s Cabin: The Oldtimer’s Cabin is a unique log building with a rustic feeling. It is self-contained,

complete with fireplace, half kitchen and private washrooms. It is perfect for small, intimate gatherings,

parties or corporate outings.

McGoverns RV & Marine Campground: Our campground features sites that include water and

electricity along with firewood, washroom/shower/laundry facilities, a dumping station and visible

playground area. It is open from May to September.

Boarding/Riding Programs: Evergreen Park offers daily, weekly, monthly and year-round riding and

boarding programs in our indoor arenas.

NS1. The Peace Country Classic Agri-Show Committee reserves the right to assign booth location with respect to general

appearance, public interest, noise levels and product involved. Agriculture related products will be given preference.

2. The Peace Country Classic Agri-Show Committee reserves the right to control the extension of materials for displays beyond the booth limits. This will not be permitted.

3. There shall be no operating of gas, propane or diesel motors. Any electric motors must be wired safely with proper guards before operation, and are subject to inspection.

4. Combustible materials are subject to certification as to their acceptability by the County of Grande Prairie Fire Department.

5. Exhibitors are entirely responsible for leased space and agree to reimburse for any damage to premises, furnishings, or equipment occurring in the area leased under this agreement providing such damage is due to negligence of the exhibitor, its servants, agent or others for whom the exhibitor is, in law, responsible.

6. Exhibitors are reminded that injury or damage occurring to the public or employees in their leased booth should be covered by adequate insurance coverage provided by the exhibitor. The Grande Prairie Regional Agricultural & Exhibition Society assumes no responsibility for loss or damages to exhibitors’ displays. Security will be on site during the entire show.

7. The Peace Country Classic Agri-Show and/or the Grande Prairie Regional Agricultural & Exhibition Society will not assume any responsibility for theft and/or pilferage of exhibitors’ materials, supplies, etc. at any time.

8. The Peace Country Classic Agri-Show Committee have the authority to establish and interpret rules and regulations necessary for the orderly conduct of exhibitors and/or their agents for the mutual benefit of all parties.

9. No refunds will be given for booth rental. No confirmation on booth’s space will be acknowledged until payment in full is received prior to December 4, 2016.

10. Absolutely no booths are to be taken down prior to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 11, 2017.

11. Weight restrictions must be observed in the appropriate areas.

12. No promotional or saleable food or coffee allowed in any booth unless prior approval is obtained from Evergreen Park Management.

13. Exhibit cannot impede fire escape exits.

Liability Insurance ClauseThe User shall, without limiting its obligations or liabilities herein and at its own expense, provide and maintain the following insurances with insurers licensed in Alberta and in forms and amounts acceptable to the Society.

General comprehensive liability insurance coverage with a limit of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage including loss of use thereof. Such insurance shall extend to cover the user, its officers, employees, servants, agents, contractors, and volunteers and shall include Grande Prairie Regional Agricultural and Exhibition Society and the County of Grande Prairie #1 as named insureds including, its officers, employees, servants, agents, contractors and volunteers as additionally named insured with respect to liability arising out of the use or occupation by the user of the property belonging to the Society.

Certificate of Insurance ClauseIf the User already has liability coverage they shall provide the Society with evidence of all required insurance prior to the event date. Such evidence of insurance shall be in the form of a certificate of insurance. When requested by the Society, the User agrees to provide certified, original copies of required insurance policies.

Note: These certificates should be issued by the insurer or insurance broker of the user group and must contain the following information: (a) Name of the insurance company and the binder or policy number (b) Name and address of the insured (user group) (c) Policy period (covering at least the period of the facility rental) (d) Description of coverage (e) Policy limits (f ) Description of insured operation and location(s) (g) Signature of authorized representative and date

EXHIBITOR’S SPACE APPLICATIONThe 2017 Show promises to be exciting. This year’s exhibitor applications must be accompanied with payment

by Friday, December 2, 2016. Those applications received on or before December 2, 2016 will be entered into a draw for a “Free Booth” (maximum $545). There are some alterations to the �oor plans in some areas so please note the layouts.

The Peace Country Classic Agri-Show Display Committee will make every effort to allocate booths that have been requested by exhibitors but reserves the right to allocate alternate booths to that requested.

Please be advised that last year's exhibitors will enjoy a priority until December 2, 2015.All applications received after December 2, 2016 will be allocated on a �rst come, �rst serve basis.
