In memory of my late beloved partner Norman Lees, from Jill MossApril 8th 2013
Today is 13 years since I lost my Norman. I have organised a permanent tribute to Norman at the Bay Military Museum in Canvey Island, Essex. If you are ever in the area please visit the memorial. I miss him dearly and know he will be looking after Bella. I am today a better person for having him in my life, be it far too short in time.

"Flight is my freedom in its purest formI dance with the clouds that follow the storm
Rolling, gliding, spinning aroundUntil I am ready to return to the ground
Leaving the earth behind, with its troubles, I flyFeeling the warmth of a clear spring skyThen back to Earth at the end of the day
Putting my eager craft to bed, thought’s come my way
Should my end come whilst I am in flight?Whether by brightest day or darkest night
Spare me your pity; let go of the painSecure in the knowledge, I would do it all again
For each one of us is created to Live and dieAnd within me, I know
I was born to fly"…
Thank you Norman for your love and kindness
Jill
