Do you have a balanced lifestyle?
• Do you feel overweight or tired? • Do you sleep enough?• Do you have enough leisure time?• Do you have a healthy diet?• Do you have enough exercise? • Well if you don’t follow these steps to fix
your problems!
Exercise
• To have enough exercise you will need to have an certain amount of exercise you should do this at least 3 times a week here are some examples – Table tennis– Running games e.g. tag/stuck in the mud– Soccer– Rugby– Tennis– Cricket – Swimming– Gym
How to have a healthy diet
• To have a healthy diet is to not have too much unhealthy food or junk food and a certain amount of healthy food.
• You should be allowed but don’t have to have junk food at least once in 2 weeks.
Rest and sleep
• To have a good night sleep you should have at least 10 hrs of sleep and adults 8 hrs even if you need to stay up real late and come home at 3 in the morning no way you are going to be a balanced person (sleep part)
Leisure
• You should have leisure once in a while you should play with your friends/family
and have a bit of time on the internet and television.
But not to long on the computer and television don’t want square eyes do you?
Other things you can do
• To be helpful if you see anybody struggling with something offer to help them.
• Share some items if they have run out of whatever it is they want or if there is some left show them were it is
• Don’t argue a lot with your friends and always forgive each other unless it has really upset you
