You can use your RBC Visa Business card to access your funds anytime, anywhere through several convenient options†:

Use your card to make purchases anywhere in the world where Visa cards are accepted, including online, by phone and at millions of retail locations worldwide.

Use your card to make purchases online.

Set up pre-authorized payments for all your bills and enjoy the convenience of a single monthly payment using your RBC Visa Business card.

Access cash advances of up to $500 CAD per day (up to your available credit limit) at any ATM (automated teller machine) worldwide displaying the Visa logo.

If you travel or expect to use the cash advance feature of your new RBC Visa Business card, please ensure that your PIN (personal identification number) is active. If you don’t have an active RBC Royal Bank® PIN, simply drop by your local RBC Royal Bank branch and we will help you set up your PIN.

Security and ProtectionLost or stolen cardsAs soon as you realize your card is missing, call the Lost or Stolen Cards number below. Be sure to identify yourself as an RBC Visa Business cardholder when you call. The Card Centre will cancel your lost or stolen card and issue a replacement card to you by mail.

Zero Liability policyIn these changing times, protection against unauthorized use of your card is absolutely essential — in person or online. Rest assured that all transactions are safe and secure and you will be protected under the Zero Liability policy. This means you are not liable for fraudulent charges, provided you take reasonable precautions to protect your PIN and your card as set out in the RBC Visa Business Agreement.

Chip & PIN for the highest level of securityYour RBC Visa Business card features state-of-the-art Chip & PIN technology, which protects you against card counterfeiting and fraud because the chip embedded in your card is encrypted and virtually impossible to replicate.

Changing your PIN is simpleYour PIN is a key security feature of your transactions. It is very important that you remember your PIN and never disclose it to anyone. Feel free to change or reset your PIN anytime at any RBC Royal Bank branch or ATM.

Visa payWave‡

This contactless feature lets you pay for purchases at Visa payWave-accepting locations without having to swipe or insert your card. It’s a fast, convenient and secure way to pay for small, everyday purchases.

You can benefit from the valuable protection of Purchase Security & Extended Warranty Insurance when you use your RBC Visa Business card to make purchases. This insurance is yours automatically as a cardholder.

Purchases made with your RBC Visa Business card are automatically protected against loss, theft or damage for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Extended Warranty doubles the manufacturer’s original Canadian warranty for up to one extra year. Please keep your receipts in the event you need to make a claim. Subject to policy terms and conditions. Please refer to the enclosed Certificate of Insurance for complete details regarding this coverage.

Travel ServicesWhen travelling outside the province, Assured Assistance Inc. (“Assured Assistance”) provides you with a range of valuable services if you are faced with certain unexpected situations, medical emergencies, or if you need legal assistance. Emergency cash advance and airline ticketsShould your card be lost or stolen while travelling anywhere in the world, you can call Assured Assistance and they will provide you with emergency funds or have airline tickets arranged for you. Emergency funds will be charged to your account as a cash advance* and tickets will be billed as purchases.
