DESCRIPTION

My presentation to a joint event of Constructing Excellence Berkshire and The Thames Valley Property Forum on 17 May 2012. In this short presentation I asked proposed a number of value propositions that POE could bring to organisations involved in and impacted by construction projects. As I see it the two most encounters barriers to using POE are those of resources generally and a reluctance or apathy towards performance measurement. barriers to a greater take-up of POE. The links on the last slide of the presentation are for further information on the topic.
