AGILE MINDSET SHIFT IS A CHANGE OR TRANSFORMATION!• While working closely with Project Team as a coach to adopt Agile way of working
over traditional project management methodology. I really needed to deliberate on what the changes are and what are the transformations. A change is always temporary while transformation is permanent, and Agile works as a catalyst for real "transformation".
• One needs to change his/her daily habits rather than thinking pattern to realize transformation. When you make any small change in your life and if that continues for a month without fail; experts says that becomes part of your life; called “transformation”.
• Adopting AGILE follows same pattern, Agile way of working is just possible by changing our though process, attitude towards your style of analyzing or responding to a situation. Organizations and customers have really started investing in this softer but crucial aspect of agile world.

"groupthink "or a "paradigm”, and it is often difficult to counteract its effects upon analysis and decision making processes

• For complete transformation, we need support from individual, unit, organization and leadership.
• We need to make sure that we transform from within by changing our belief, our attitude and habits while walking towards “AGILE to transform in to AGILE MINDSET”
• If we only adopt processes, tools and ceremonies without change in mindset then it will result a “Change” and not a “TRANSFORMATION”.
