How does the Spectrem Satisfaction Gauge work?

Complete the Spectrem Satisfaction Gauge Subscription Agreement no later than July 31, 2020. You will immediately begin receiving a copy of our monthly High Net Worth Journal which is disbributed electronically.

Upon completion of the Subscription Agreement, Spectrem will provide you a template to download customer information. This information will not include client names, just email addresses, account balances, age and gender. Return this information to Spectrem no later than August 30, 2020.

On September 1, you will send your clients an email encouraging them to complete the survey that they will be receiving in the near future. Approximately two days after your clients are notified of the survey, your clients will receive an email providing a link for them to complete the survey. Survey results will be returned directly to Spectrem Group.

On or about November 1, Spectrem will provide you access to dashboards that include the results of your survey along with the benchmarking of your results to other providers.

Spectrem will schedule a conference call or meeting to discuss the key findings of your client feedback and identify key initiatives you may want to consider implementing.

A follow-up email will be sent to customers who have not responded one week after the initial email. A third email will be sent a week later. On September 30, Spectrem will close the fielding for the study and clients will no longer be able to respond. (Hard copy surveys may be sent for additional cost and can be discussed with Spectrem.)
