Total calculation of medicine for the DROPS does not work properly when medicine selected from Alternate Window

On 3C Register, while printing, if proper paper is not set in default printer then application crash. This has been handled and now it should show message and software will not close.

Cash receipt was not showing net amount after discount in print. This has been corrected. Option to remove vaccine brand name from the payment receipt. Indoor patient register print was not possible for those patient for which Bill and Receipts are not

issued. This check has been removed and now all indoor patient search between dates can be printed in IPD Patient List button.

First Release of the Year 2017:

Lot have been improved and added in new version of Pediatric software after successful release of

version 6.0. From 2017, now we have renamed the version number to year wise.

Following are the new addition in AXON software:

1. Patient label with barcode. More information added in patient label like DOB, Age, Gender, Address and Contact Information. Label printing is available on Patient Registration, Appointment and Patient search screens.

2. On patient registration screen, duplicate patient prompt will be appeared in case mobile number is matching with existing patients. Software will allow to register patient with same mobile number in case needed.

3. New screen added to view all vaccine stock at once. Go to Doctor menu > Vaccine >

Available Stock. 4. Vaccine due SMS will not be sent to those vaccines which are dependent to other vaccine and marked as

NR or Given. Vaccine marked with “Y” or “NR” will be considered as given at other place and will not show in SMS Reminders.

5. Separate print setup is provided for Indoor Bill. 6. Major changes given in Indoor Bill. Indoor Bill items can be added date wise.

a. Print for summarized bill and date wise prints are possible b. Changed indoor bill based on TPA compatible module. c. More organized billing summary is added with respect to advance collected, discount, TPA payer

amount, remaining amount. 7. Credit notes can be issued to patient to return the payment. This can be possible from 3c Case Register

duplicate receipts. a. Credit note can be issued against non-cash payment receipt only b. Credit note can be issued via Cash, Cheque or NEFT c. Separate register export facility provided on 3C Case register to export all credit notes issued.

This can be submitted against your daily 3c case register for IT purpose. Find button with name “Export Cr. Note” on 3c Case register screen.

8. View patient last Weight and current Age on appointment screen on patient selection. 9. View patient diagnosis history date wise. Select patient from main screen and then click on Doctor menu

> Patient > Patient Diagnosis History.

10. Order of the selected diagnosis from patient treatment can be changed like medicine. Move Up or Down diagnosis. Right click on diagnosis item to perform Up/Down.

11. Only treatment can be printed in Rx. For a case, if you would like to exclude Clinical Notes, then only treatment can be printed by checking “Only Treatment” for Prescription. On Main screen, near prescription button you will find new checkbox for “Only Treatment”

12. Medicine name and dosage will be printed in upper case in prescription print. 13. Along with BMI, new calculator added for BSA. This will display on main screen as well as printed in Rx in

Clinical Notes section. 14. New shortcut “CTRL + P” has been added for selection of Back Page Rx, Half Page Rx, Normal Rx option.

In case you would like to print prescription on Back page, current you need to use mouse to select Back Page Rx option, now this can be done by using CTRL + P key and then press Enter and choose option for Prescription.

15. Improvement have been made in displaying Last Visited days. Now it will be shown in better format of Year Month and Days format. E.g. Patient is coming after long time then earlier it was displaying difference in days only.

16. On page visit, age of the patient on that visit date will be displayed beside the visit date. 17. Facility is given to select hospital name (maximum 10 characters allowed) for the vaccine administration.

This will be useful to identify which place the vaccine was given to patient. This option is available on Vaccine Given date screen. Dropdown is providing, so user can add their own names in it. The names will be printed in vaccine report.

18. Patient reminder is one of the important section, where user mentioned some information about the patient. However, it’s not possible to recall or search patient with important reminder. Therefore, new register has been added in Register menu as “Patient Reminder”. On this screen, all patient reminder text will be displayed along with patient name, contact number. Search facility is also provided. In case you would like to search patient with reminder text.

19. Advice can be copied into clipboard, to use it at other places. On main screen, open Advice > Click on any advice item from list and click on “Copy Adv Text”, it will be copied into Clipboard. Now you can use Paste option to get that advice anywhere in your computer.

20. Patient label print from Word has been improved. Now two columns printing is given with few formatting changes.

21. Pending professional fees of Patient will be only shown for Current Accounting year. In case you would like to see all then option is given to see all pending fees.

22. New screen developed to help new user to know about software important shortcuts. Open it from Help menu > Shortcuts. This will view some of common and important shortcuts key of Main Screen and menu bar.

23. On patient search screen, new search criteria for Company Name in included in other search criteria. In case you would like to search patient by company name, then select Company Name field from other search criteria and then type company initial characters in yellow box and press Enter of click on Search. This will result matching company name patients.

24. Print patient address and contact detail on discharge summary report. 25. For multi terminal patient registration, case number was not displaying to reception after registering

patient. For this, once patient is register from Patient Registration it will be display in label beside case number textbox for the information. This is only useful to those who have checked marked on “Multi terminal patient save” option.

26. Date calendar control is provided on missing places in Indoor screens. 27. New fields added as per the IRDA in discharge summary.

Apart from new features, we have fixed few bugs to improve our system as below: 1. Current accounting year was not coming in receipt print beside receipt number 2. Non-cash receipt was not showing in today’s patient list 3. Reminder save with long text was throwing error. 4. On selecting new patient from appointment, patient weight was not coming to main screen. 5. Patient address in Rx was not printing in case any of one field contains the address details from Street,

Area and City. This has been fixed and now it will print if any of three contains value. 6. Old indoor bill did not get converted into new indoor bill format 7. Indoor bill search does not working 8. Patient registration shows mobile number alert for every patient when mobile number is not specified. 9. Prescription print was throwing alert for some cases as “invalid argument”. This has been fixed 10. Diagnosis print get overlap with clinical notes in half page and back page Rx. 11. Correction in 3c report for head wise printing for only Vaccine and Consultation. 12. Other than cash receipt does not show preview for the receipt print 13. Date calendar does not work on vaccine schedule date change 14. Standard indoor bill selection does not work in new indoor bill format. 15. Indoor bill get saved without which create problem in saving multiple bills for the same indoor patient. 16. Unable to export 3c case register in excel for the head wise. 17. Doctor share calculation on indoor bill does not calculated on Net total (after discount) 18.
