A Corrupt Chief Magistrate Judge In The Northern District Court Of Florida

Federal Chief Magistrate Judge, William C. Sherrill, Jr. Is A Corrupt Judge That Disregards The First Amendment Of Our United States Constitution, Florida Constitution and Freedom Of Information Acts.

Tallahassee Resident, Rob Brayshaw filed a lawsuit against Officers Annette Pickett Garrett and Michael Edward Dilmore Of The Tallahassee Police Department for various illegal violations in the line of their duty. The lawsuit was filed in July 2009. During the lawsuit, Chief Magistrate Judge threatened sanctions to Rob Brayshaw during the lawsuit if he published another address of these dirty cops in his lawsuit of public records. This was even after Honorable Federal Judge Richard Smoak Struck down Florida Statute 843.17 with Judge Sherrill, Jr. presiding in the prior case to Rob Brayshaw in his favor of the First Amendment. The Federal Order Of Honorable Judge Smoak is above any statement ever made by that of William C. Sherrill, Jr. as a Magistrate Judge that obviously doesn’t know his place in the law.

Chief Magistrate Judge William C. Sherrill, Jr. worked as a prior Assistant Attorney General in Florida during the 1970’s. He actually was the enforcer of the Unconstitutional Florida Statute 843.17 for several years prior to Brayshaw’s Federal Lawsuit resulting in the strike down of the law on April 30th, 2010 by Federal Judge Smoak.

Judge Sherrill, Jr. should have recused himself in the second case because of this conflict of interest as requested by Rob Brayshaw during the case for being a prior enforcer of Unconstitutional Florida Statute 843.17 before it was struck down as standing law today for not being a legal law. Sherrill refused to recuse himself during the Brayshaw case in which he was residing knowing the conflict of interest of the case as notified by Brayshaw. Instead, Judge Sherrill, Jr. did not uphold the law by threatening sanctions to Brayshaw if publishing a cops address again in legal court filings to his legal lawsuit against these police officers that aren’t above the law as previously determined in the same court. Records were completely sealed by this judge overstepping his boundaries and then later redacted upon court order of Senior Federal Judge Of The Court, Stephan Mickle. Circuit Court Unsurprisingly for being outside the good ol’ boy network of Leon County Kangaroo Courts did not seal, did not redact and did not threaten sanctions for legal publishings in a court of law. There has never been a crime in American History for the mere publication of public information like names or addresses. If That Was The Case, All Americans Would Be Criminals. The 11th Circuit Court Obviously felt the same way for not threatening unconstitutional sanctions to Rob Brayshaw (without an attorney representing him), sealing records or making redactions unconstitutionally during the case.

Because Honorable Judge Smoak covered this issue with the ACLU, 11th

Circuit Court Of Appeals and The Supreme Court Of 40 Years Of Case Law, the case was dropped by Brayshaw. The addresses are on public record in the 11th Circuit as submitted by Brayshaw without any sealing or redactions in their full exposure. These individuals among the Leon County Kangaroo Court and The Court Room Of Chief Magistrate William C. Sherrill, Jr. do absolutely nothing but waste money with constitutional violations to the citizens like the Blue Wall Mafia for protecting their own like a club or regime.

Furthermore, Federal Judge William C. Sherrill, Jr. actually dismissed the case to Rob Brayshaw working as a Pro Se Litigator. The case was dismissed for government immunities to the individual officers and also being a “split action” or res judicata because Brayshaw didn’t bring these claims forward in the first lawsuit filed by the ACLU Attorneys.

Certainly doesn’t seem like a decision for this Biased Judge to make!
