If you want it done well, you have to do it yourself. Oswin Ply is 100% in-house manufacturing. Our plant is upgraded on a regular basis to ensure that the latest and best industry practices are employed. The ply sheets are bonded with our ARTechnology which has special chem-ical properties that ensures better penetration during assembly and pressing. A special treatment using high quality preservatives, along with the hydraulic press makes Oswin Ply resistant to termites and borers. The Wide Belt Sander gives a higher quality finish.

We only use specially selected high density hardwood veneer, procured from the best global markets. The quality of the timber makes it resist-ant to fungus, rot and other harmful micro-agents. Oswin Ply Gold Most Cost Efficient Choice

This ISI marked ply from Oswin is bonded under high pressure and heat using indigenously manufactured ARTechnology. The tough treatment given to the ply makes it particularly sturdy and worthy of the ‘boiling water grade’ tag. The veneers are treated with preserva-tives and the glue line is infused with chemicals for borer and termite protection. The finished panels are treated in acid copper chrome and boric acid compound. In effect, the ply does not swell even when immersed in boiling water for hours on end. This is the perfect choice for hot, humid locations.

Oswin Block Boards

Durability and strength are the key to block boards. At Oswin, the block board is made from kiln-seasoned and preservative treated high density timber. As with every product, the timber is imported hard wood veneer, giving the board high mechanical strength and screw/nail hold-ing capacity. The unbeatable ARTechnology gives the blockboard added robustness. They do not twist when wood work is under way. They also come with excellent insulating properties and are weather proof.

Oswin Ply Film Face Shuttering

High density ply with superior performance, Oswin Ply Film Face Shuttering is built for repeat use. The ply is preservative treated by the vacuum pressure impregna-tion process as per IS 5539:1969 standards, with Copper Chrome Arsenic composition having a retention of not less than 12 Kg/cm2. The ply is manufactured as per specifications laid down under IS 4990:1993 to give Oswin Ply Film Face Shuttering an incredible reuse value.

Only the finest hand-picked hardwood timbers are selected for processing in our state-of-the-art manufac-turing unit. We put durability to the test by examining each product against the extremes of heat, usage and dimensional strength. Our Doors are reinforced with kiln-seasoned and preservative treated high-densi-ty timber.

We combine finesse and sterling artistry to give your door the perfect finish. Our ARTechnology enables the doors to withstand up to 1,00,000 slams, making our wide range of eco-friendly doors the most sought-after door lines in the market.

Flush Doors Oswin marked Flush Doors have few parallels in durability and dimensional stability. Face Veneers & Cross-Bands are made from select imported hardwood timbers which are uniformly dried to optimum moisture.

Kiln seasoned stiles and rails are preservative treated to improve its natural durability. Our ARTechnology - which is manufactured at our own resin plant - provides 100% Boiling Water Proof bonding.

Doors are pressed under high temperature and pressure which makes them exceptionally durable and dimension-ally stable. Like all Oswin Ply products, each product is finished to exacting tolerances to provide long lasting, dependable performance. Regular tests are carried out as per IS 4020 (Parts 1 to 16):1998 for confirming the quality.

NOTE: OSWIN FLUSH DOORS are also manufactured to non-standard sizes against firm specific orders.

Our unique range of elegantly designed panel doors are created as a multi-panel piece without any joints on either side is eco-friendly and tough as nails. Our manu-facturing process ensures that the doors are devoid of the inherent defects of natural wood such as shrinking, warping or cracking.
