MAILBOXThanks a tonne Air India Dear Ms Vasanthi Deshpande,

This mail is being sent to you to thank you and Air India for the excellent arrangements it made for my daughter, Dr Himani, and her baby Arya when they travelled recently on Air India from Mumbai to Newark and earlier to Mumbai.
