Learning material can also be viewed in colour.

Plan for Church Life
Three programmes over 3 years:
1. Certificate in Chr. Discipleship (80 cred.)
2. Diploma in Leadership (160 credits)
3. Adv. Diploma in Ministry (240 credits)
Part time: three lectures x ±38 weeks Start at any time of the year – do your own planning

Upon Registration
• For Phase 2: Students must have a Cert in Christian Discipleship
• Arrange for access to a computer: at home or at the Tuition Centre
• Appoint a qualified, mature, Christian Tutor who is IT literate to guide the student through the e-learning process.

Qualities of a TutorA personal Tutor will facilitate learning: • To provide individual help at a Tuition Centre• At a considerable distance from a Centre • Can visit or be appointed inside a prison facility
A Tutor has qualifications: • At least a Diploma qualification • Preferably has experience in ministry • Can evaluate practical work & assignments• Is IT literate in Windows basics and MSWord

Recognition of Prior Learning For students who are IT literate:1. Grant RPL to obviously IT literate students
2. Student receiving RPL must be competent
3. When in doubt, use an oral test for RPL

Implementing Church Life
1. Consult the Ministry Programme Prospectus
2. Inform students of the structure & advantages
3. Announce your tuition fees for the year: e.g. R3,600
4. Set up a Ministry lecture schedule with fixed dates for classes — when you offer each class regularly and when you expect assignments and tests to be completed

Handling the Account
We agree on the following:
1. The TC will pay within 30 days (on invoice)
2. You will stay within a set limit (for one big order)
3. You pay for each order (before ordering the next big order.)
4. The account is cleared at year-end (before ordering Certificates)
5. Pay the statement and fax payment proof (to fax 012 567 5550)
We have the right to close accounts that are repeatedly behind (We send out statements and will phone a few times before closure)

Training at a Distance
• Students must stay in tutor-contact whilst learning.
• A tutor must maintain close relationships to students. • The e-solution provided on the web-site must be used to
allow the student to get the benefit of the extra material(All students may make use of the e-learning material on the DVD/stick)
Note: Since there are many Tuition Centres using our material, we prefer that you do not try to enroll far-away students.

The Distance Tutor
1. Appoint a Distance Tutor who lives near the student. (The student may also help by finding one.)
2. Guide the Tutor to:• Spend time with the student for encouragement
• Explain the material and our e-learning method
• Disciple the student to form Christ-like character
