The Majestic Theatre is appointed with 75 ft. ceilings, a hardwood finished stage, full service bar, dedicated entrance with renovated lobby and updated private dressing rooms.

Venue Features

The 6400 sq ft Theatre which was originally designed by C. Howard Crane, opened on April 1, 1915 as one of the world’s largest of its kind.

Big and Bold

This newly renovated space is revamped and ready to rock! The former home of the Majestic Cafe got some major upgrades recently including a 65 ft. hand crafted bar, 4K HD monitors and remodeled bathrooms.

Revamped Lobby

SPOTLIGHT: THE MAGIC STICK & ALLEY DECK

The space was completely renovated in 2015 to include LED light features, an additional bar, remodeled bathrooms, an extended stage with enhanced sound, and an open concept layout.

Wide Open Spaces

This 2nd floor venue measures 4500 sq ft and was conceived in the early 90’s when eight bowling lanes were removed and replaced with ten pool tables and a dance floor, thus giving The Magic Stick its iconic name.

Next Level

Located on the rooftop of The Garden Bowl with exclusive access through the Magic Stick - The Alley Deck becomes one of Midtown’s hottest destinations during the summer months, although it is outfitted to accommodate guests all year round.

THE FINE PRINT

DepositA 25% deposit is requested upon signing our agreed upon contract for services. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Payment by check or credit card is accepted. Note there will be a 2.9% processing fee added to any credit card transaction.

Service ChargeA 20% service charge will be added to all services provided by The Majestic Theatre Center. Our goal is to be transparent with our fees. We are more than happy to provide a detailed list of the services covered. Please just ask! Note this fee is not gratuity.

GratuityGratuity is at the client’s discretion. Small tips jars will be placed, with the client’s permission, at the bar during service hours. If the client chooses to add gratuity for the staff, it can be provided via check or cash on the day of the event or in the following weeks after the event’s conclusion.

Guest Count & ServicesA firm guest count and final services (menu selection, rental requirements) are required 14 days prior to the event. Fluctuations in provided services, menu choices, or event timing which occur after the 14 days are subject to a $250 adjustment fee.

Market FluctuationsFor long-term budgeting, events scheduled 12 months or more in the future, please expect a 5% increase in event proposals. While we make every effort to finalize pricing as soon as possible, The Majestic Theatre Center reserves the right to adjust pricing to items within six months prior to the event date, at which point prices are considered permanent.

Cancellation PolicyRefund of deposit or final payment, in the event of cancellation, is entirely at the discretion of The Majestic Theatre Center. Factors that affect the partial or full refund depends on the time the cancellation is made before the secured date and the amount of event planning that has taken place.
