Production FacilitiesOur factory is located strategically on a 15,000m2 site in Prai Industrial Estate in Penang, Malaysia. We adopt the latest manufacturing techniques in all our production. Modern, fully automated dipping machineries are used to ensure consistent high quality of our products and our current glove production exceeds 30 million pairs per annum.
Quality AssuranceOur company has been assessed & certified by SGS UK Ltd. System Service Certification as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 as well as the European Union Directive 89/686/EEC Article 11 B for PPE of Complex Design. All of our products comply with US FDA CFR 21 Part 177.2600 & EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 for food contact application. Being an ISO certified company, our gloves are manufactured under stringent quality control.
