Just past Sandsfoot Castle you need to turn right and head up a short hill, at the top turn right again onto the Rodwell Trail. Follow the Rodwell Trail, heading over the first bridge. Just before you reach the second bridge there is a narrow uphill path on your left, take this path up onto Buxton Road (A354). Turn right and head over the bridge, cross over Old Castle Road, then turn right onto Bincleaves Road.

Walk along the left hand side of Bincleaves Road until you see a green public footpath sign. Follow this sign to the left and down the alley, at the end cross the road and head down the next alley, you will come out on Marlow Road, head down this road then turn right onto Rodwell Avenue, then over the mini roundabout and you find yourself back in Hope Square and at the Red Lion for a well deserved pint and maybe a Fresh Seafood plate to share?
