Energy efficiency improvements for private tenantsIfyourentyourhomefromaprivatelandlord, therearesomethingsyourlandlordhastodo whenrentingoutaproperty.
Minimum Energy Efficiency StandardsWhenyoufirstrentedyourhome,yourlandlordshouldhaveprovidedyouwithyourhome’s EnergyPerformanceCertificate,orEPC.
