- Limit screen time: Not more than two hours a day.
- Sleep: At least nine hours a night.- Watch out for those bugs:
1. Wash your hands2. Brush your teeth3. Don’t eat food that has mould4. Wear plastic shoes at the swimming pool5. Use a tissue and throw it away afterwards.
