A stabilization case manager thatworks with each Veteran. Comprehensive referral servicesfor employment opportunities,legal services, health care, andmore. Help obtaining VA and otherpublic benefits. Individualized housing andfinancial stability plans.Temporary financial assistance forhousing needs and relatedexpenses.

HOW TO QUALIFY

YOU ARE...

A VETERAN

An individual or a family in whichthe head of household or spouse hasserved active duty in the USMilitary and received a character ofdischarge that is not bad conductwith a court martial. ...AND

LOW-INCOME

Household income is less than 50%of area mean income (about $3,458per month for a single person inBoston) ...AND

ABOUT TO LOSE, OR HAVE LOST,

PERMANENT HOUSING.

We serve the Greater Boston areaincluding Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol,Middlesex, Essex, and Plymouth Counties.
