The client is a Non-Banking Financial Compa-ny (NBFC). They are currently providing services in Consumers finance markets which involve Customer claims, providing loans against properties, vehicles loan claims(two-wheelers/four-wheelers), and busi-ness loans. On the business loan side, they provide corpo-rates with wide documents of financing prod-ucts which include working capital. Further, in order to enhance customer acquisition and retention rates, they are increasingly looking for solutions to streamline their claims pro-cessing to deliver a smooth claims experience.

The client had huge number of claim requests coming in

daily basis by their end customers which had

sensitive data of the client including their account

details, personal Documents, etc. which had a higher

chance of being misplaced and manipulate in manual

processing.

The entire process of checking the eligibility of the customers to get a claim was

done manually and each request took nearly 15-20

minutes for an employee to verify the documents and make track record. This causes lesser forms to be processed which increased the workload of the employees & that hampered the efficiency to do several

important task.

The process was error sensitive as manual

intervention could lead to sometimes put the wrong values being entered and there was also a risk of

application toggling. Such type of error repeatedly occurring in daily routine that creates frustration

among employees.

The client receives the multi channel claim requests in the form of excel files, pdfs & image format in a predetermine

folder. DOCBrain automatically captured the required data from the

multiple fields of targeted files.

Auto-CaptureDOCBrains logs into dashboard, applies

business rules and automatically validates each request. It cross verifies

the input data with the data available on dashboard. DOCBrains then processes each record by entering the required fields automatically in required space.

Double cross verification increase accuracy of DOCBrains up to 99.99%.

Auto-ValidationDOCBrains approves and disburses the

required claims for validated and matched requests and rejects the claims for mismatched requests. DOCBrains

then transfers the requests into Exception for unknown scenarios for manual

processing by the employees. In this way the complete automation change the
