designed our curriculum to directly meet the real estate indus-try’s employment needs. We’ve recruited talented faculty directlyfrom the field. The result is an array of courses and certificateprograms that directly advance and enhance our students’careers while also paying dividends: our classes offer abundantopportunities for networking, and students tell us theyenjoy them!

For employers, our custom workshops – tailored to each client’sneeds and delivered at their work sites or in our classrooms –augment in-house training programs, accelerate learning, andreduce training costs.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND FAIR HOUSINGNew York State Department of State required humanrights and fair housing training for real estate sales-persons and brokers. The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute maintains the right tocancel courses, adjust curricula and class hours, close facilities,substitute instructors, change class locations or limit enrollment. Inthe event that a course must be cancelled, each student may transferto another course or section with tuition adjustment; receive a creditor a full refund.
