You can rely on us to maximise the quality of building works, minimise costs and complete work within required timeframes—with minimal business disruption. We perform fit-out works and refurbishments, carpentry and painting, corporate relocation, and churn management.

We are one of the few designers who possess laser scanning technology to produce 3D modelling for accurate data capture and measurement of buildings. This helps us to better visualise, plan and prepare for refurbishment projects. Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology is also used across many of our contracts to facilitate cohesive and integrated design, construction, and management of building projects. We additionally invest heavily in prefabrication and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) techniques. This technology helps our customers compress the critical path of their projects and the controlled manufacturing environment allows for accelerated construction times, improved productivity, greater quality control, significant abatement of reworks, and a reduction of onsite health and safety risks.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND ONSITE POWER

Integrated energy saving solutions delivering long term emission and cost reduction initiativesWe design and install a range of onsite energy generation systems—including co-generation, tri-generation, and standby power, plus gas and diesel fuel reciprocating engines—and integrate energy saving solutions that cover every aspect through audits, data analysis, design, supply, installation, commissioning, measurement and verification and ongoing maintenance and testing.

We will meet your energy plant requirements and have a proven track record in upgrading existing buildings to achieve target Green Star and NABERS sustainability ratings.

We use thermal modelling technology to deliver energy and cost savings for clients that are looking to improve the NABERS star rating of their building. The comprehensive assessment and analyse that we perform to develop energy profiles of existing buildings reveal how small changes can add up to big savings.

We also provide innovative financing methods through off balance sheet packaging that is self-funded by the immediate energy savings, and by de-risking asset ownership through the provision of ongoing maintenance and operational performance guarantees for the period of the service agreement.

AE Smith has been delivering smart building solutions for over 20 years as a certified Tridium Systems Integrator and Auto-Matrix Integrator. We have industry-leading expertise to measure, manage and control every aspect of your facility.

We also now offer real-time analytics, giving us the ability to apply a variety of analytic algorithms and diagnostics to historical and real-time data. This allows us to track the lifecycle of assets and building systems to identify opportunities to save energy, reduce fault diagnosis time, predict impending equipment failures and tailor mechanical maintenance processes to reduce overall operational expenses for our clients’ facilities.

Real time facility management analytical and reporting toolThe AE Smith Customer Portal is an in-house developed web application that provides a window into our operational (Wennsoft) database. It is designed to offer our clients unparalleled access to their facilities’ data, acting as an analytical and reporting tool as well as providing a complete history of all AE Smith activities on their sites.

The application has been designed around the Wennsoft/MobileTech ecosystem, and leverages the data AE Smith collects and generates daily in a way which was previously impossible.
