You build a Company Approved Template (CAT) which will be

your web iiNDUCTION site

You set up what reports you want to get on new starters

You enter the people who are involved in

setting up a new employee (I.T.

Security, property etc)

You select Users who will tailor the

Company version to local conditions

Once built, the Company

Version will contain 60% of

required information.

Another 25% is added by the

User through the recruiting

This iinduction will continue to assist the new starter for the first 3 months of their on-the-job activity. It will be used to test them, guide them & educate them. Their performance will be used by the Company to assist future new starters. Reports will be compiled around recruitment, turnover and equal employment opportunities so the Company may evaluate current & future

strategies. Most importantly, this iinduction will have given the new employee every possible opportunity to be successful and productive in the shortest
