“Hello, (name), how did you like the taste of the coffee? How did it make you feel?

Great! I can show you how to get it at retail, wholesale or for free! Which would you prefer?"

Retail: Since people are accustomed to buying their coffee by the cup, cover the price of the coffee by the cup first, then the box. For example: “The Black Coffee is $1.06 per cup & comes with a 30 cups supply, so it will be $32.00. You can get special pricing plus earn wonderful rewards when you join our Coffee Connoisseur Club and it’s easy to do with a couple clicks online.” At this point, you simply ask them to sign on to your replicated website and click the Purchase Now button.

Wholesale: “Just as you set up a membership account at a local super store to get products at a wholesale price, you can do the same here! For only $49.95 you can get a Distributor Kit that comes with product information and samples, and your own state-of-the-art website that you can log into with your personalized ID # and password. You can order coffee, tea or whatever you like at the same wholesale price I do!”

Free: “When you become an Independent Distributor, you have the ability to get the product at a special price! Once you share your samples and get retail customers or new business partners, the commissions you earn will in turn cover the costs of the products you use!” At this point you can leverage the system to expose them to the full OG business overview by having them host a Coffee Jazz Mixer (CJM), a Business Briefing, or get on an Opportunity Call.

You’ll need:

• Sachets, BrewKups (if available) tea, cups, stirrers, creamer, sugar and hot water (pastries are optional).• For BrewKups, make sure your host or hostess has a single-cup machine and add water and have it

ready to brew!• TV and DVD player or laptop and projector.• Coffee That Pays DVD & OG Presentation DVD• Pen and paper for guests to take notes• Sign-in sheets for guests and distributors who attend. This documents the business you’ve conducted.• Color copies (front and back) of the Organo Gold Application. You can find them under “Other” tab in

documents.

ENERGY is critical! Leverage the “Dare to Be Diamond” album or Unwrapped Volume 2 on Amazon to keep an exciting atmosphere.

It’s OK if guests have to talk a little bit over the music to hear one another; this increases their energy.

Have the room set at a cool temperature. The cooler it is the more warm beverages they’ll want.

Decide ahead of time if you are sharing just the sachets, or both the sachets and BrewKups. Check to make sure your host or hostess has a single cup machine or bring one with you.

7:00 – 7:30 COFFEE TASTING: As guests arrive ask them how they drink their coffee-black or with cream and sugar. Get them appropriate beverage and escort them to their seat.

7:30 – 7:35 HOSTING: Turn music off. In 2 minutes or less share with everyone why you are excited about Organo Gold.

Address the room and say:

“Welcome everyone! We are excited to have you all here. My name is [your name] and I will be your host for this evening. Before we start, I want to do a little housekeeping to make sure we have a great event for everyone in attendance. Please place all cell phones and electronic devices on silent, so we don’t have any interruptions. We recommend you have pen and paper handy to take notes; we will answer all questions individually once the presentation has concluded.”

If you are leading the presentation then go ahead and put the Coffee That Pays DVD or OG Presentation DVD into the DVD player.

• If you are using the OG Presentation DVD, simply follow and read what’s on the slides• If you’re using the Coffee That Pays DVD, its always great to edify the DVD before playing so guests

understand the value of the person sharing the OG vision and what type of information to expect- For tips on how to properly edify, listen to the Cash Cow CD available at shop.oguniversity.com

If you have someone who is presenting you will introduce them.

7:35 – 8:10 PRESENTATION: Be relaxed and be yourself. Keep in mind you always know more about the business than your guests, so it’s OK if you make mistakes or forget a few words; they won’t know. The more CJMs you do, the better you’ll get; your excitement will be what moves them! Remember: This is a fun based business – so have fun!

8:10 – 8:15 CLOSE: If you have multiple Organo Gold Distributors in attendance, have 5 or less come to front of the room and take 30 seconds or less to share their name, background, and why they got started. The goal is to show diversity and connect with the guests by relating to various professions they know of.

8:15 – 8:20 ENROLLMENT: Let the guests know you’ll have a 5 minute enrollment period for them to fill out applications and get their questions answered.

Critical Note: Each person should be spoken to individually. Have music playing just enough so guests can’t hear what you’re saying privately to others. This is important for isolating distractions so you can identify individuals who are ready to get started.

8:20 – 8:30 4 STEP TRAINING: Turn music off, and give a round of applause for those who got started. Set the tone by letting everyone know their success will be highly dependent upon their willingness to follow the 4 Steps exactly as they are.

Once concluded, support your new business partners to schedule their 4 CJMs for and duplicate the process!
