How We Got Started.(1) Pictometry Representative Demonstrated “Critical 360”To PVA and I Called Judge Ex.

(2) Judge Ex. Watched Demo and Called School Superintendent For

An Appointment.

We Went To School Board

(3) We Made Presentation To Superintendent The Next Day And Got His Endorsement.(4) Two Business Days Later I Made Presentation To School Board Meeting.(5) Before Board Meeting I Had Explained To Newspaper What I Would Be Demonstrating. School Board Approved!(6) Great Public Relations For Everyone!

Now The Work Begins!

• We Began By Talking To Agencies That We Thought Would Want To Participate.

• The More We Talked To Different Agencies, The More Agencies We Found That Wanted To Participate!

• We Grew From PVA Office to School Police, to 911 Office, The Sheriff’s Office To “The School Shooting Incident Group”.

Training Begins!

• Training Began With School Personal Using A 360 Degree Fisheye Lens Camera In “Each” Room in All School Buildings. Rooms Must Be Vacant!

• “Each” Includes Class Room, Gym, Janitors Closet, Offices, and Hallways!

• The Camera Is Easy To Use! Documentation System Is Simple!

3rd Goal Is To Evacuate Students From Danger. 4th Goal Is To Return Students and Faculty to Normal.
