Go to myaccess.tees.ac.uk and select Activate Cashless.

Your cashless account will be activated within 30 minutes, however, you will not be able to credit your account online until the following day.

You will receive an email to your University email account containing a weblink to enable you to set up a password for your account. Log-in to your account at upay.co.uk to check your balance and details of recent purchases. Your account balance will be printed on your receipt when you make a cashless payment.

Anyone can top-up your credit using a debit or credit card (min £5, max £250) by visiting onlineshop.tees.ac.uk.

If your card is lost or stolen you can cancel it by visiting tees.ac.uk, selecting Pay online (top right of the page) and then Cancel My Card. Your credit balance will automatically be transferred when a new card is issued.
