What Work Has the Lord Given You Today?

Paul in the book of 1 Corinthians rebukes the church for its divisions

and its boasting about following a particular human leader. In

chapter 3 verse 5 Paul shares: Who is Apollos? Who is Paul? We are

God’s servants through whom you believed the Good News. EACH

OF US DID THE WORK THE LORD GAVE US.

What work has the Lord given you today, this week, this year. As the

Lord’s servants obey Him and do the work He has given you. Keep

your eyes on Him not on comparisons to other’s pastors or leaders.

The comparing competing game always leads to discontentment
