The Employer VIP Pass provides an opportunity for employers to travel to the conference at no cost to them when they are restricted from doing so because of budget freezes. The program offers up to 400 employers a predetermined number of discount registrations, free registrations, hotel room nights, and flights to those who complete the VIP Employer Pass application.

We are the only conference in the country to offer the Employer VIP Pass; Program and a large portion of the conference budget goes towards this program.

The Employer VIP Program allowed me to present on a timely benefits related subject, sit in on other educational sessions and network with other leading Benefits and HR Professionals to learn about their business successes and challenges in the programs they offer. I will return next year and recommend you consider attending and participating as wellBernie C. Knobbe Vice President of Benefits ACS, A Xerox Company

The Employer Healthcare Congress’ Employer VIP Program afforded me the opportunity to learn different strategies used by employers to reduce health care costs and improve the health outcomes of their workforce. Due to budget cuts, without the VIP Program I wouldn’t have been able to attend this informative event. Rob Davenport Wellness Manager NASA

“”

I attend a lot of conferences, but the Annual Employer Healthcare Congress was by far the best. The topics were timely, interesting, and very informative. The presentations were not sales pitches, but real information from those actually working and struggling with employee healthcare. I highly recommend this conference to anyone in the employer healthcare field. Denise J. Holland Director, Employee Healthcare Hog Slat, Inc

The Corporate Wellness Conference was a very productive professional experience to learn of a variety of strategies from vendors and practitioners perspectives to enhance employers efforts to create a more healthy work force. The compilation of so many different service providers and individual approaches to a common issue was a great opportunity to be exposed how one may pick and choose alternative ways to create a comprehensive wellness initiative. I am looking forward to attending in the future as I am sure this effort will only get better as others learn of the benefits of this experience.

Why Chicago, Illinois For the Corporate Wellness Conference?

Over Half of large employers in the US as well as a significant portion ofemployers in Chicago have Corporate Wellness and or initiatives, and are looking for ways to implement these plans as the credit crisis affects cash flow.

Chicago has over 2.8 million residents, it is the most populous city in the Midwestern United States and

the third most populous city in the country. Its metropolitan area, commonly named “Chicagoland,” is the 26th most populous in the world, home to an estimated 9.7 million people spread across the U.S. states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

The city is a center for business and finance and is listed as one of the world’s top ten Global Financial Centers. The World Cities Study Group at Loughborough University rated Chicago as an “alpha world city” due to Chicago’s important role in the global economic system. In a 2010 survey collaboration between Foreign Policy and A.T Kearney ranking the world’s top global cities, Chicago ranked 6th behind Paris and Hong Kong and above Los Angeles and Singa pore. The ranking assesses five di mensions: value of capital markets, diversity of human capital, international information resources, international cultural resources, and political influence.
