Chairman’s Philosophy.

“I believe in a God who is the architect of this world and he sent Jesus Christ as a witness to die for our sins (Bible Verse 1 Corinthians 15). While I am a Christian by faith, I respect all religion because God is still responsible for creating everything. Because he has all power and authority in his hands, he controls every circumstances and events in all of our lives and he is responsible for how we move forward and succeed either professionally or personally.

I believe he has created every of us with a purpose that falls according to his will, through this plan he has provided every one of us with skills, gifts and talents that allows us to manage a certain degree of responsibility. But in spite of all he has given, I believe he has created a perfect plan through boldness and humility where none of us can function independently.”

“I am also wise enough to know the rules of how we succeed at every goal we hope to achieve keeps changing in an ever changing world. How we scored touchdowns yesterday does not necessarily means the same process is required today. So to never fall behind as a leader I depend on the one who created time itself to teach me how to lead adapting to different seasons. God acts as my guide, directing my paths where he wants me to be, validating my decisions and the relationships that are meant

to be and terminating the ones that can truly affect me negatively.”

“Since we live in a changing and unpredictable world where there are no room for certainties, I chose to walk with a God that can manage every aspect of our lives such as our health, our finances, our relationships, our career path, our security and so much more, nothing is impossible for him. He is my anchor and my strength, my navigation system and the security I need to manage my responsibilities (Bible Verse Psalm 144:2).

If the main focus of my proposal to business partners, stakeholders and investors is what they can expect in figures regarding the return on their investments then they have completely lowered my standards, the value of my position in leadership and what AAGC will offer and bring. For in addition to all I am offering, I am guided by a God that can provide them security equally, a peace of mind, an appropriate sense of direction and an unfathomable degree of prosperity in every area of our lives both personally and professionally.”

growth and future development of businesses across

various industries worldwide. It specializes in Mergers

and Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity,

Flexible Business Solutions, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Boardroom Management and much

more. Transactions range from creation of private

companies, mergers and acquisitions of public

companies, purchases and sales of assets of subsidiary

corporations and business divisions.

meeting with the management team and employees of these portfolio companies, providing

effective capital structures, optimizing local and global tax structures, conducting appropriate

due diligence, and providing local and international accounting and financial reporting

standards. Through different various fund formations, we support, promote and manage various business concepts and revolutionary ideas, handle leveraged and management

buyouts, growth capital, distressed investments, mezzanine capital and other private

investments in new, developing and mature companies.

Olayiwola A. Alara is the Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of AllenalarA Group of Companies, LLC. He is responsible for

developing and achieving the Group's Overall Vision, Strategy, Financial Objectives and Major Investments Priorities. His

position plays a major role in the company's structure, long term initiatives to promote the international market and also gain a

prestigious place in the Global Economy. With over 10 years of professional experiences in the fields of Banking, Financial

Services, Aviation, Music and Entertainment, Health Care and more, along with his philosophy, Mr. Alara has been very

successful in the past at handling multiple responsibilities. He lives in New York and has 3 kids.

How We Qualify Our Partners.

While it is necessary for us to create a fair environment where we go over both our goals and plans, financial

statements, quarterly report of cash flow in and out, assets

and liabilities, periodic evaluation of our management team,

consistent performance of variables, investments and

opportunities created in the past or present to attract

revenue for growth and sustainability, we have learned

judging by values that are priceless and not what looks

attractive on the surface is what determines a successful

long term business relationship. Not every success earned is success earned perfectly. This means we qualify

opportunities through confidence and humility. Also since

no one is exempt from circumstances and events in life

beyond their control, our experience has taught us that our

ability to stand in seasons of loss, draught or crisis to learn

from mistakes also determines the future outcome of a

successful person, business or entity. We want partners who

Upon moving from his home country Nigeria into America in 2004, Olayiwola A. Alara developed a passion

to create a structure that would cater to the less

privilege in develop and developing countries. Coupled

with the challenges of adapting to a new culture and

environment, a barely surviving marriage with his first child diagnosed with Autism, the challenges of

entrepreneurship, he develop an intiative that would

fight the problems below. •  Poverty and Global Diseases

•  Domestic Violence and Homelessness

•  Entrepreneurship and Unemployment •  Education and Health care The OAF further partners with other not-for-profit

organizations all around the world to provide grants and

donations, giving back to tackle problems that cripples

the growth and development of our global communities. Partnering with banks will assist farmers in developing

countries to have more access to resources that yield

productivity and sustainability.

Chairman’s Final Message “I am fascinated by everything life has to offer. My passion boils at promoting the creativity of others in anyway I

can which is why everything I have accomplished came at the price of losing a marriage, termination of

employment, bankruptcy and homelessness. When we have been ordained with a fresh purpose for our lives, we

have to let go of old values and principles to embrace new ones. More importantly creating the right relationships

are priceless either professional or personal. If we qualify them properly there are no limits or boundaries to the

success of who we are destined to be. We also have to understand our relationships should be determined by

confidence and humility, knowing fully well just as others have their imperfections, we have ours and we are meant

to compliment one another to move forward successfully. My journey and experiences have produced seeds of

greatness and leadership which allows me to partner and assist leaders globally manage their personal and

professional responsibilities appropriately. God bless”.
