COMPANY HISTORY
In 1964, Jacob Joseph began a small cleaning business as he worked his way through college. He began servicing Grindlay’s Bank near Fort, Mumbai and quickly distinguished himself with his high standards of cleanliness, his integrity, and his keen business sense.
In 1964, Kleenwel was incorporated in Mumbai as a local commercial and residential cleaning business under Jacob’s leadership. Growth seemed to be a natural progression as word of mouth spread from one resort to the next.
In 2009, his son Alvin Jacob entered into Kleenwel and since then he has used his excellence and ability to attain the company’s goals.
Today, widely regarded as the leader in the industry, Kleenwel provides services to well over 200 property owner associations throughout India. To foster that growth, we have developed experienced leaders who share Jacob’s passion for cleanliness.
Through the years, we have brought with us the fundamental values and principles that set us apart in the beginning. We realize those principles will allow us to continue to set the standard in the housekeeping industry.
