1. When will I receive an offer of Admission?

Conditional offers of admission to general programs begin in January. Final offers will be sent when the conditions of admission under this articulation agreement are met.

2. I’m graduating in August. Can I still apply for a September start?

If you are graduating in August and you meet the requirements, you may be admitted to the Agreement provided there are spaces available and you are able to provide the Admissions Office with your final transcript before classes begin in September. It is your responsibility to obtain a copy of your official transcript and deliver it to Western.

3. I have previously attended another university. Am I eligible for consideration under this Agreement?

This Agreement have been developed as a pathway for applicants without previous university experience. If you have attended another post-secondary institution prior to your attendance at Fanshawe, please contact the Admissions Office at Western.

4. Will I be eligible for the Science Internship Program at Western?

You may be eligible for this program if you will be at Western for at least 2 years as a full-time student. You must apply for this program at the start of your second last full-time year at Western. Please contact Career Services for additional information on eligibility.

5. What if I decide I don’t want to complete my degree in Computer Science?

Western’s modular structure means that students can choose from numerous subject areas. However, if you decide not to complete the Computer Science module, the block credit is not transferable and your transfer credits will be reassessed.
