- Involved in reviewing curriculum for the diploma, bachelor, and

post graduate degree program in Civil Engineering. This is done

normally within three to five years of usage. Reviewing process is

implemented throughout discussion with various sub-committee

levels, preparation of syllabus (Course names, identification of

credit hours, content, Student Learning time, Assessment, and

selection of appropriate references). Finally, the approval of the

Faculty Academic Committee is obtained for further approval of the

University Top Management and related Government Agency.

- Proposed and prepare new curriculum for undergraduate and post

graduate program as time required.

- Prepared the final exam questions and the answer schemes for

courses taught according to semester the courses being taught.

- As Head, Center of Studies assigned lectures under medical

observation to be in team teaching with senior lectures. It is also

implemented for lecturers recently report for duty either with new

appointment or returning from study leaves.

- Conducted or organized courses or workshop for lectures with

regards to evaluation of exam scripts.

- Conducted workshop from time to time for lectures, course

coordinator and Resource Person on the implementation of

Academic Information Management System (AIMS) to assist the

university to adopt the system in the near future.

- Organized a PKSP (Preparation of Final Exam Question and Answer

Scheme) workshop every semester for lectures to prepare and vet

final exam questions. The task either as provider (prepare

questions) or Vetter will be notified in advanced of 1 – 3 months.

- Involved in vetting final exam questions for Bachelor of Civil

Engineering Degree Programmes EC220 (Shah Alam), EC221

(Pulau Pinang), and Diploma of Civil Engineering EC110 (all branch

campuses having the program throughout the system of UiTM). The

vetting process at branch campuses is also a venue for Senior

lecturer from Shah Alam to share experiences in developing good

questions for final exam papers in order to fulfil the requirement of

the Engineering Accreditation Council (AEC) and Malaysian

Qualifying Agency (MQA).

- Appointed as assessor for final exam questions under the Water

Resources and Environmental Systems Division for EC220, EC221,

and EC110 since appointment, especially as The Head of Center of

Studies for Water Resources and Environmental Systems.

- Appointed as a panel/supervisor for Final Year Project (FYP) I

- Appointed as an evaluator/supervisor for Final Year Project (FYP) II
