LIMITED WARRANTY

The product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects inmaterials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our option at nocharge, a defective product, provided you return the product, shippingprepaid to Secuguard Safe Co. or to a locksmith of our choice. Thiswarranty does not cover any transportation costs of the repaired orreplacement product to or from the consumer.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or parts.

This warranty does not apply outside Australia.

This warranty does not cover any product, or any part of any product,which has been subject to excessive use, accident, negligence, abuse ormisuse, incorrect maintenance, alteration or unauthorized repairs by anypersons.

Secuguard Safe Co. will not, under any circumstances, be liable to theinitial consumer for any incidental, consequential, acts of God, forcemajeure, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase oruse of any product from Secuguard Safes Co.

The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights andremedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the TradePractices Act and other state and territory laws.
